the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

7. It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

Apartment:

A tranquil and pleasant 37sqm studio apartment located in Barceloneta, a charming neighbourhood where both locals and visitors enjoy the sea and the many traditional Catalan restaurants nearby. The people here love to spend relaxing evenings outdoors, and you can stay on the beach until well after the sun goes down. This apartment is perfect for one person or a couple, and as you can see from the pictures is has a fresh, cool atmosphere. Just right for a holiday in the sun! The welcoming living space is open plan, allowing you to enjoy natural light throughout the whole place when you open the doors that lead onto the balcony. There are colourful paintings on the walls and attractive plants, which give the place a homely feel to compliment its contemporary décor. The comfortable double bed is set behind a screen, providing shade if you choose to have an afternoon nap before going out for the evening. Plus there is a double sofabed in the living room, for those who require two separate beds. After a trip to the busy food market or one of the fantastic delicatessens you can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, with ceramic hobs and all the kitchen implements you´ll need. Mealtimes can be spent out on the sunny balcony with a good view of the street below. Freshen up in the stylish tiled bathroom which has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The neighbourhood has a really lively and exciting atmosphere, and the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without lift. If you want to enjoy a morning swim, have breakfast outdoors, and visit Barcelona just on foot then Sun and Sea is the ideal apartment for you. This is one of the oldest quarters of Barcelona where fishermen lived in the early days. It’s a quiet and safe area, which is recommendable if you want to discover both, the sights of Barcelona as well as its beaches, irrespective of the seasons.
