2. Confirmation: vous recevrez la confirmation définitive par e-mail avec toutes les instructions. 2. Confirmation: You will receive the final confirmation by mail with all instructions.
3. Acompte: Si vous souhaitez confirmer la pré-réservation, vous devrez verser un acompte de 15% du montant total du séjour et ceci dans un délai de 24 heures dès réception de la confirmation. Cet acompte sera déduit du paiement final à Roma  3.Advance payment: If you want to confirm the pre-reservation you have to  make a pre- payment of 15%. of the total of  your stay and this in the  delay of 24 hours at reception of the confirmation. 6. L´entrée dans l´appartement s´effectue entre 14:00 et 21:00
Les arrivées après 21:00 seront surchargées de 25 Euros.

Il est strictement interdit de loger plus de personnes qu´indiquées dans les précédents accords. Le repos des voisins doit être rigoureusement respecté, par conséquent le silence sera demandé dès 21:30. Nous vous rendons attentifs que le dérengement des voisins est un thème très délicat sur lequel nous serons intransigeants. Les locataires qui ne respectent pas les normes seront automatiquement priés de quitter l´appartement sans restitution du montant du séjour.

This apartment is barely a 10-minute walk away from the Termini Railway Station, which is most convenient should you arrive by train or even if you want to visit other cities outside of Rome. Barely 20 minutes away (on foot) you will find the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, and a little bit further away you will be able to reach the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and lots more!
