the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

7. It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

This charming apartment is part of a group of brand new properties in a renovated building which is located very closed to Las Ramblas. Even it has been totally restored, it has conserved the wooden ceiling beams and exposed brick walls. It is composed of one exterior double bedroom with two single beds (90x200 that can bed joined) and a large built-in wardrobe and one bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds) It is an interior bedroom but still has light from the window between the bedroom and dining room. The dining-living room is bright and luminous with large windows which lead onto two small balconies overlooking the street and it is equipped with a sofa and a big table with six chairs. The kitchen, integrated in the living-room it is totally equipped with: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, electric coffee machine, kettle, etc. It has a washing machine and iron in a small separate utility room. The bathroom is equipped with shower.

The Ramblas building B2 is provided with parquet floors, air conditioning in the living-room, plasma TV with international channels and WI-FI internet connection. The total surface is 55sqm and it has capacity to sleep four people.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and has security system with interphone.

This apartment is located on a tranquil pedestrian street one minute walking to Las Ramblas. It is situated in the Old city center called Gotico. The Gothic area is a picturesque and popular neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and Tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops.
This apartment offers guests easy access on foot to the Cathedral, Plaza Cataluña, Plaza Real, Boqueria market, Picasso Museum, the monument of Colon, the beach, etc.
The nearest metro station is Drassanes (line 3, green) and there is a great number of bus lines to take you anywhere in the city.
