3. Installment: If you wish to confirm the pre-reservation, you will have to pay an installment of 15% of the total amount at reception of the confirmation.

the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.
6. Important: in case of cancellation please communicate asa soon as possible th agency by e- mail or Tel. thank you.
7. It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

Located in a very quiet, virtually pedestrian street just off the fashionable and multicultural Rambla del Raval, 5 min. from Las Ramblas and 10 min. from Plaça Catalunya, Just up two flights of stairs (no lift, sorry!), parking lot right across the street, a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchenware, bathroom, living room with a balcony, the dining area, a double bedroom, and a smaller room with a set of wide, wooden bunk beds (which has no door but curtains to separate it from the dining area). The bathroom leads to a typical laundry terrace. Acces to the roof top terrace for more sunbathing.Equipment: : Air Conditioning -electric counter top stove + oven- -fridge + freezer-microwave oven-toaster-juicer and mixer-coffe make-tv and hifi (radio/cd/mp3)r and kettle-washing machine and dryer-hairdryer-free internet adsl telephone for incoming calls and local calls free of charge-iron + ironong board

Half-way between the Boqueria and Sant Antoni markets, you are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from all the main sights in Barcelona's old town. The Museum of Contemporary Art and the Center of Contemporary Culture are just 5 min. away; the Cathedral and the Picasso museum, less than 10 min. away. And the area is brimming with life and packed with shops, bars, restaurants, theaters and art exhibitions of all kinds. Nearest Metro station: Liceu (L 3- green line).
