the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

7. It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

Apartment:

Gran Via Apartment measures 140 M2 and comfortably sleeps up to 9 people; it is situated in the Eixample district of Barcelona, very close to some of the city’s greatest sights, such as the shopping street Passeig de Gracia, Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic neighbourhood. Accommodation at the centre of one of Barcelona’s finest areas, full of charming modernist buildings. Gems like Gaudi’s La Pedrera and Casa Batllo are within walking distance. Barcelona’s vast public transport network will take you to all of the sights a little further out of town. The metro stop called Universitat (line 1) is the nearest to the apartment and bus numbers 9, 14, 50, 56, 59, L94 and L95 have stops just 200 metres away.

This quiet first floor apartment has 3 complete bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and a private bathroom complete with bath tub. Among the remaining four rooms are a double with a double bed, a twin with two single beds and a balcony, a standard single and a single with a shower. There is also a large living room – dining room with 2 double sofa beds, a fire place, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, cups, glasses and an oven. With so much space you will feel right at home. A spacious apartment offering maximum comfort!

Situation of apartment:

The apartment is situated in the Eixample district of Barcelona, near to Gaudi’s La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Very close to the centre and the main metro (line 1) and bus stops (9, 14, 50, 56, 59, L94, L95).
