GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Reservation: if you are interested by the apartment, please fill the request form below but before check the availability on the calendar.

2. Confirmation: you will receive the final confirmation by e-mail with all the instructions.
3. Installment: If you wish to confirm the pre-reservation, you will have to pay an installment of 10% of the entire amount of the stay and this as of reception of the confirmation. This installment will be deduced from the final payment in Sitges.
4. Installment payment by credit card online with sercure system
5. Please contact 3 days before your arrival the contact person to confirm the meeting time and place on arrival
6. You must leave apartment at the check out time
No damaging the apartment’s furniture or facilities- No lodging more people than mentioned in this contract is not allowed Noises are forbidden after 21.00h inside the apartment and also in the staircase. Guest not respecting this point will be immediately asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid. We don't accept groups celebrating stag or hen parties, or football supporters coming to European Championship matches. Thank you for your understanding. We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE RESERVATION FEE Written cancellations received up to 35 days before the arrival date will refunded with 60% of the reservation fee. For cancellations with less than 30 days notice we will not refund the reservation fee.
5 Arrival as of 14:00 and departure with 11:00 - Reception of the keys and payment of the balance on your arrival in Sitges
6. Entrance in the apartment is between 14:00 and 21:00 The arrival after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrival after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

The apartment is 80 square metres and faces the sea, with great views and the guest can hear the waves crashing against the rocks below the apartment. The apartment is circular in shape, (the construction replicates a castle turret), which means there is a 180 degree view of the sea, the beach and the marina. 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms - 2 single beds, 1 double bed The apartment is fully furnished and has one master bedroom with a king size bed plus a lounge with a sofa bed. The kitchen comes with all the mod-cons such as a fridge, vitroceramic cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Both bathrooms have showers. The building has its own swimming pool.

The Area surrounding the Apartment:
The apartment is located in Sitges, a charming town on the coast at approximately 30 minutes drive to Barcelona.
This fantastic 1 bedroom apt can be found just before entering Sitges from Barcelona at La Gaviota. The Vista Mar apartment is a five minute walk from the nearest beach and a 10 minute walk to Sitges marina which is full of bars, restaurants and water sports activities. A 5 min car drive will take you to the centre of Sitges town (or a 20 minute walk) where the guest can enjoy all there is on offer.
