the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

Location: Very good, close to Barcelona beaches (less than 5 minutes by walk) and to the city centre. Barceloneta area (Passeig Joan de Borbo). Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Barri Gòtic (Gothic Quarter) are 15 minutes by walk. Metro station (L4) near the apartment (5 min. by walk). Places of interest less than 30 minutes by walk: port, Borne, Picasso museum, Santa Maria del Mar and Cathedral of Barcelona.
