The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

Now days everybody goes to the district to eat in its numerous restaurants, because of its proximity to the center (10 min.)and the special character of the district and its inhabitants.Situated to 50 m. of the beach close to Aquarium of Barcelona
