| It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay. | |

Places of interest less than 30 minutes by walk: La Pedrera by Gaudi, MACBA, CCCB, Passeig de Gracia, Borne, Picasso museum, Liceu (Opera), port and Fundacion Tàpies.
