Reservation online and form reservation

1.Booking: if you are interested by the apartment, please fill the form below but before check the availability on the calendar.
2. 2. Confirmation: you will receive the final confirmation by e-mail with all the instructions.
3. Installment: If you wish to confirm the pre-reservation, you will have to pay an installment of 10% of the total amount of the stay and this within 24 hour as of reception of the confirmation.
4. Installment payment by credit card online secure system
5 Arrival as of 14h00 and departure with 11 h00 - Reception of the keys and payment of the balance to your arrival in Barcelona
the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

It is strictly interdict to place more people than indicated in the preceding agreements. The rest of the neighbors must be rigorously respected, consequently silence will be required as of 21:30. We return to you attentive that the disturbance of the neighbors is a very delicate topic on which we will be intransigent. The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

Sunny and cosy apartments located in the heart of the city, in the Modernist area, less than 15 minutes walk from the Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. Most of the monuments and sites of cultural and historical interest are at walking distance, such as the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral, the Boqueria Market, the Sagrada Familia, the Casa Batlló or the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA). The area is very well communicated by public transports.
