The apartment is placed in Sitges, a cute town on the coast 30 minutes drive to Barcelona. Superior 2 bedroom duplex with pool, situated before entering Sitges from Barcelona at La Gaviota. Five minutes walk from the nearest beach and less than 10 minutes from Sitges marina with its bars, restaurants and water sports. 30 minutes walk to town centre. The apartment, which is 80 square metres in size, is directly over the sea. The waves lash the rocks directly beneath. The external walls of the flat are circular, the construction replicating a castle turret, which means there is a 180 degree impresive view of sea, beach and marina. The apt. has a big bedroom 30 m2 with a double 2 m. bed, plus lounge 30 m2 with sofa bed, and is fully furnished. Kitchen has fridge, vitro ceramic, grill-microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Access to the urbanisationis through a small passageway and steps. Access to the beach is via a no-through road (500 m)
