Reservation on line and form of reservation

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Reservation: if you are interested by the apartment, please fill the request form below but before check the availability on the calendar.

2. Confirmation: you will receive the final confirmation by e-mail with all the instructions.
3. Installment: If you wish to confirm the pre-reservation, you will have to pay an installment of 10% of the entire amount of the stay and this as of reception of the confirmation. This installment will be deduced from the final payment in Sitges.
4. Installment payment by credit card online with sercure system
5. Please contact 3 days before your arrival the contact person to confirm the meeting time and place on arrival
6. You must leave apartment at the check out time
No damaging the apartment’s furniture or facilities- No lodging more people than mentioned in this contract is not allowed Noises are forbidden after 21.00h inside the apartment and also in the staircase. Guest not respecting this point will be immediately asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid. We don't accept groups celebrating stag or hen parties, or football supporters coming to European Championship matches. Thank you for your understanding. We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE RESERVATION FEE Written cancellations received up to 35 days before the arrival date will refunded with 60% of the reservation fee. For cancellations with less than 30 days notice we will not refund the reservation fee.
5 Arrival as of 14:00 and departure with 11:00 - Reception of the keys and payment of the balance on your arrival in Sitges
6. Entrance in the apartment is between 14:00 and 21:00 The arrival after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrival after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

Duplex apartment of 65 m2 with seaview Groundfloor below an area of 40 m2 living / dining room (TV, Video, DVD) - organized and equipped kitchen (washing machine - dishwasher - microwave oven) - Hall baths + terrace of 12 m2. Upstairs: double room + terrace 20 m2 with bed for 2 persons
Shop 2 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Sitges" 2 km. Sandy beach 500 m. Please note: railway line 20 m from the house. Without regular traffic during the night. Route de la Costa del Garraf, C-246, nearby. The subdivision is built on a cliff. Access to homes by a bridge and stairs. Access to the beach by a non-paved road about 500 m and without traffic.
