the entry in the apartment is carried out between 14:00 and 21:00 the arrivals after 21:00 will be overloaded of 25 Euros. The arrivals after 23:00 will be overloaded of 40 Euros.

The tenants who do not respect the standards will be automatically requested to leave the apartment without restitution of the amount of the stay.

No matter your arriving, day time or evening , one english speaking person is going to wait for you in front of the building where is your apartment, to give you the keys and to give you some basic infomations about the quarter(around).
While you are here we are at your disposition to answer to your questions, to make your staying in Budapest comfortable.
When you arrive in Budapest, if you come by plane, to get to the apartment. You can take a cab or an Airport minibus which bring you at the required address.
If you come with your own car, don't forget to call us, and we'll help you.

The price:

In the price are included the charges of the apartment (gas, electricity, water.. ). The bed sheets are given, and cleaning is made before your arrival and after your leaving. Generally there's no telephone, only incomming line where is mentionned, but you can buy a telephone card everywhere.
