3. Acompte: Si vous souhaitez confirmer la pré-réservation, vous devrez verser un acompte de 15% du montant total du séjour et ceci dans un délai de 24 heures dès réception de la confirmation. Le repos des voisins doit être rigoureusement respecté, par conséquent le silence sera demandé dès 21:30. Nous vous rendons attentifs que le dérengement des voisins est un thème très délicat sur lequel nous serons intransigeants. Les locataires qui ne respectent pas les normes seront automatiquement priés de quitter l´appartement sans restitution du montant du séjour.

Cet appartement a été récemment rénové, ameublé et muni d'air climatisé, et se trouve dans un charmant immeuble historique datant du début du siècle dernier avec ascenseur. L'appartement se trouve au quatrième étage. Il est composé d'une chambre avec armoire murale, deux salles de bain avec douche, lavabo, wc et bidet, une cuisine complètement équipée, un balcon ayant une vue charmante sur les toits et les dômes des églises du centre ville, une salle à manger avec un canapé lit pour une personne, un salon confortable muni d'un grand canapé-lit deux places. Dans l'appartement vous trouverez un chauffage autonome, une machine à laver, un lave-vaisselle, une télévision avec réception satellite , une chaîne Hi-Fi (avec radio, cassette et CD), un micro-onde, l'air climatisé, un fer à repasser et une planche à repasser. L'appartement mesure 100 mètres carrés.

  The apartment has been recently renovated, furnished, provided with air conditioning, and situated in a charming 100 year old six-story building with elevator. The apartment is located on the 4th floor.Apartment includes one bedroom with closet space, two bathrooms equipped with showers, sink, wc and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a charming view over the roofs and domes of the churches of the city centre, a dining room with small sofa bed for one, a comfortable living room area equipped with a large sofa-bed for two.  This apartment is provided with autonomous heating, washing machine, dish washer, satellite TV, a small stereo system (with a radio, cassette and CD player), microwave, air conditioning, iron and iron board.  Apartment size is roughly 100 square metres.

Les endroits d'intérêt touristique dans les environs sont les suivants:
Place d'Espagne (seulement deux minutes à pied!), Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, le Colisée, le Forum, le Panthéon, le Vatican avec le musée du Vatican, l'église de Saint Pierre, et la chapelle Sistine à l'intérieur de laquelle vous trouverez une des fresque de Michelange des plus connues, le Jugement Dernier. Depuis l'appartement vous pouvez rejoindre (environ 2/5 minutes à pied) deux stations de métro ("Flaminio" et "Piazza di Spagna", ligne A).  Cet appartement se trouve rue du Babuino, qui est la rue qui relie Piazza di Spagna à Piazza del Popolo.
