Apartamentos Hispanos Siete Suiza is a completely new concept in catering and hotel accommodation, whose goal is to offer our clients all the exclusive privacy of fully equiped apartments in one of Barcelona's finest areas with all the comfort of a five star hotel.

1.Réservation: si vous êtes intéressé par l'appartement, veuillez remplir le formulaire ci-dessous mais avant vérifiez la disponibilité sur le calendrier.	1.To booking: If you are interested, please, fill in the request form.
2. Confirmation: vous recevrez la confirmation définitive par e-mail avec toutes les instructions.	2. Confirmation: You will receive the final confirmation by mail with all instructions.
3. Acompte: Si vous souhaitez confirmer la pré-réservation, vous devrez verser un dépôt de 300 euros ou envoyer votre numéro de carte de crédit et ceci dans un délai de 72 heures dès réception de la confirmation.	3.Advance payment: If you want to confirm the pre-reservation you have to make a deposit of 300 euros or to send your account number of your credit card and this in the delay of 72 hours at reception of the confirmation.
4.Virement bancaire : vous devrez effectuer le virement sur le compte bancaire de Hispano (et non sur celui de servicesvacances). Vous devrez ensuite envoyer le reçu de la banque par fax	4.Bank transfer: The money is always sent directly to the Hispano bank account (not to servicesvacances). Please faxe a copy of the bank's transfer document
5.Dépôt: 300 € (garantie de location) - Rendu à la fin de votre séjour après vérification de l'état de l'appartement	5.Deposit: 300 € (guaranteed hiring) Returned at the end of your stay after checking of state of the apartment
